The City of Greater Dandenong Band recently competed in the annual Traralgon Contest (as part of the LaTrobe Valley Eisteddfod) at the LaTrobe City Performing Arts Centre. Entering both the B and A Grade sections, the band performed very well finishing a credible 3rd in both sections.

A fantastic weekend of performances by the City of Greater Dandenong Band saw the band place equal fourth in the 2012 Yamaha National Band Championships Open B Grade Section.

The Dandenong Band Septet performed at the Gary Rogers Motorsport unveiling of their new-look Fujitsu Racing Commodore last week.
